These terms govern your use of the Ocean Whisper website and any reservation made through it. By booking with Ocean Whisper, you agree to the terms below.

Reservations

A reservation is held for 60 minutes after submission pending payment verification. If payment is not verified within this window, the reservation automatically expires and the dates become available to other guests.

Payment

Reservations are confirmed only after Ocean Whisper manually verifies receipt of payment. Payment instructions are provided at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on each apartment's listing page. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the apartment and property with care, respect posted house rules, and avoid disturbing neighbouring guests or residents.
