Cancellation Policy

Unconfirmed Reservations

A reservation that has not yet been confirmed (i.e. payment has not been verified) can be cancelled at any time, at no cost, simply by not completing payment — the hold will automatically expire after 60 minutes.

Confirmed Reservations

To cancel or amend a confirmed reservation, contact Ocean Whisper directly on 0558309611 as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how close to your check-in date the cancellation is requested, and will be communicated to you directly by our team.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on their confirmed check-in date without prior notice may forfeit their reservation and any payment made, at Ocean Whisper's discretion.

Changes Made By Ocean Whisper

In the rare case that Ocean Whisper needs to cancel or amend a confirmed reservation (for example due to maintenance), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
